Mock Inspection Service
Are you keen to know how your service would be viewed by the CQC or perhaps you are stuck with a rating that doesn’t reflect your service? … We know how frustrating it is to have confidence that your service would be rated as Good or Outstanding but you have a lesser rating, potentially affecting your valuable reputation and how new customers see you.
As a result of ongoing challenges at the CQC many services have been sitting with RI ratings for extended periods which has been detrimental to their business and reputation.
We can help.
At NjS we can provide a mock inspection service which gives you:
The opportunity to assess compliance and measure your service against the expectation of the regulatory bodies and commissioning authorities
The opportunity to evidence performance and highlight where your service is meeting the standards
A plan to help you take your service further and evidence your commitment to delivering a quality service
The opportunity for your staff to experience an inspection ahead of the real thing
The opportunity to see what you need to put in place to reach a higher CQC rating
The mock inspection is carried out in line with the CQC’s current inspection model and measures your service against the five key questions and Quality Statements. The inspection can be announced or unannounced and NjS can tailor the inspection to the needs of the service.
