About NjS Consultancy Services

NjS is a small team of experienced and passionate consultants with experience of managing, monitoring and inspecting care providers. We provide a bespoke and outcome focussed service to care providers across the sector, offering support with compliance, quality assurance and service development.

NjS was founded by Nicki Smith after more than 25 years working in the Health and Social Care industry. Nicki has worked for local authorities in care management, quality monitoring and commissioning roles and in auditing and operational management positions in the private sector.

Nicki has been working as an independent consultant since 2015 and remains passionately committed to supporting services to deliver quality, safe and effective care provision, resulting in improved outcomes for those who use them.
